1. Services

xpotentia provides energy consultancy and microgrid deployment services. All technical proposals are bespoke and subject to site-specific energy audits.

2. Payments & Refunds

• Audit Fees: Fees for "Comprehensive Energy Audits" are non-refundable once site-specific data logging or engineering analysis has commenced.

• Service Deposits: Installation deposits for turnkey Microgrid solutions are governed by the specific Project Master Services Agreement (MSA).

• Cancellations: Project cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility for hardware procurement is subject to manufacturer terms and project stage at the time of cancellation.

3. Liability

While we strive for 100% energy resilience, system performance is subject to hardware specifications and environmental conditions as outlined in your technical contract.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
